Services - Private Clients

Initially we arrange a meeting in person, ideally at the project location, to learn more about your design project; what you would like to achieve and your budget. If the project is further afield this can be done via a Teams call. Once we have the brief we prepare a fee proposal setting out the work we will be doing and the breakdown of our professional fee.

If the brief involves space planning or structural alterations this is the first stage of the process. We draw up layout options for discussion and, once agreed, we prepare the final plans. If there is to be a new kitchen or any bathrooms the layouts for these would be designed at this stage.

After our initial meeting we will create moodboards with samples of fabrics, colours and finishes to illustrate the feel and ideas we think would work well for your project. The moodboards are the perfect way to present our ideas and generate discussion which informs the final design scheme.

With the scheme agreed we move onto the detailed design stage. This includes electrical layouts, any bespoke joinery design and the detailing of window dressings. We also prepare scale setting out drawings for wall and floor finishes, bathrooms and kitchens as required.

In this final stage we provide a range of services, from complete turnkey solutions to sourcing individual pieces of furniture or accessories, depending on your specific requirements.
