One Bilbury Lane, Bath

On behalf of Longacre Bath we secured planning consent to convert the upper floors of this stunning Grade I listed Georgian property in the heart of Bath’s historic city centre. Adding an additional third floor and mansard roof, we created eight one- and two-bedroom apartments to maximise the building’s potential. Each luxury apartment was a celebration of the building’s period splendour, with original features restored and contemporary finishes added to create generous, well-proportioned spaces.
